Footsteps

You know as children we follow in our parent's footsteps. But today i reflect on how I want to follow in my Heavenly Daddy's footsteps.

Watching Jon and Kate slug it out on telly, i heard Jon say, "We'll just not talk to each other just like my parents did when they were divorced."

My hubby went, hmm that's so telling.

And it is!

It would seem as if Jon's walking in his earthly parent's footsteps; one fraught with mistakes, anger, grief. He's seeing it's ok to be like that since my folks were like that too. But it isn't.

My thought today- Let's keep our eyes on Jesus and follow Daddy God's leading. It'll get us through the wilderness, something we can't accomplish through the natural.

What the Anointing Oil is & Prayer for the Anointing Oil

Pastor Prince from New Creation Church has recently called upon the church members to use the Anointing Oil to bless every area of our lives. He had gone to Tiberius Church in Indonesia and seen how the anointing oil has made a difference to the Christians there. Good News -   Australia- Anonymous 6m ago sister went for eye test. Pressure was high and Doc say needed eye drops and needed to see specialist. Didn't want to have glaucoma. Took communion. Refused to worry. Worry is a choice. Went for check up and pressure was good. Eye pressure went further down in recent check up. Able to pursue career choice to be a pilot. All glory to Jesus.   Sister from our church. Charissa Three prayer requests and she felt troubled because 2/3 of her prayer request not met. Four days before last service, her request for her menstrual cycle resumed naturally! Then that week, her mother said her dad asked to go church with her and accepted Christ!! Her prayer requests were fulfilled at the very last time of the year and Jesus did it with such style.   Sermon starts- God sometimes may seem late but is always on time.   BLESSED NEW YEAR!
