Restoration!!!

Reading Nehem 5:2-5.

"For there were that said, We, our sons, and our daughters, are many: therefore we take up corn for them, that we may eat, and live. Some also there were that said, We have mortgaged our lands, vineyards, and houses, that we might buy corn, because of the dearth. There were also that said, We have borrowed money for the king's tribute, and that upon our lands and vineyards. Yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their children: and, lo, we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants, and some of our daughters are brought unto bondage already: neither is it in our power to redeem them; for other men have our lands and vineyards." (Nehemiah 5:2-5).

God's people mortgaged off their promised land, their vineyards, and stole from their tribute to the King (first fruits) to provide for their kids in the flesh because of lack. This is a vicious cycle that ends up putting their kids under bondage rather than benefitting them.

But there is hope, redemption, and restoration of the grain, wine, oil, and first fruits in verses 11 to 12. ;) Today your Heavenly High Priest, Christ Jesus, promises that restoration to you in your areas of lack.

"Restore, I pray you, to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their oliveyards, and their houses, also the the hundredth part of the money, and of the corn, the wine, and the oil, that ye exact of them. Then said they, We will restore them, and will require nothing of them; so will we do as thou sayest. Then I called the priests, and took an oath of them, that they should do according to this promise." (Nehemiah 5:11-12).

Jesus has won for us life and life more abundantly, not lack and lack more abundantly. So be BOLD to curse the lack in your life. You are called to be greatly blessed so that you can be a blessing to His Kingdom, as well as the Church. You are called to enjoy resurrected life in Him. You have good health, a sound mind, great success in your ministry, career and finances not because you deserve it or paid for this success through self-sacrifice; You don't deserve it but you have it as a gift because Christ has overpaid for this victory on the Cross, and because your success will magnify and glorify His most precious Name. God promises GOOD to you today. He promises that EVERYTHING will work out fine as we walk in His light today.

What's The source of His light?

"THY WORD is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." (Psalm 119:105).

"And we know that ALL things work together for GOOD to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28).

So keep the Word of CHRIST alive in your heart and know that you are destined to REIGN! :)
