Celebrating truth over circumstances =D

"You may have facts in your life, but Truth overrides facts." - Joyce Meyer

I was listening to Joyce Meyer's Podcast earlier today on the train and I found the above quotation she mentioned to be a great reminder that man does not live on bread (the natural) alone, but on EVERY WORD (every PROMISE) of God (Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4, Deut 8:3) =D

Example of Facts -

* How much you have left in your bank account

* How much work you still have piled up

* How your kids just won't eat dinner and you are on the end of your tether

* An argument you had with your spouse

* Bills, bills, bills and more bills

* An illness that is plaguing you

* Someone who is backstabbing you at work

Example of Truth -

* The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. - Deuteronomy 28:8

* Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass. - Psalm 37:5

* Now may the Lord of peace Himself grant you His peace (the peace of His kingdom) at all times and in all ways [under all circumstances and conditions, whatever comes]. The Lord [be] with you all. - 2 Thessalonians 3:16

* Be gentle and forbearing with one another and, if one has a difference (a grievance or complaint) against another, readily pardoning each other; even as the Lord has [freely] forgiven you, so must you also [forgive]. - Colossians 3:13

* And my God will liberally supply ([a]fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:19

* For I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says the Lord, - Jeremiah 30:17a

* No weapon that has been made to be used against you will succeed. You will have an answer for anyone who accuses you. This is the inheritance of the LORD's servants. Their victory comes from me," declares the LORD. - Isaiah 54:17

Jesus said to her, "I told you that if you believed you would see God's glory, didn't I?" - John 11:40

Let us continue to believe and wait in faith so that we will see His glory in every area that we struggle with.
