Even the winds and the waves obey Him (daily devotional)

The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!" -- Matthew 8:27

What kind of man? Ah, much more than a man, he is our Lord,King, Messiah, Shepherd, and Savior.

Tender Shepherd and Abba Father, thank you for emptying heaven of your choicest glory and sending Jesus to be my Lord and Savior.

As I face the storms in my life, please give me the courage to stand bravely in faith, trusting that my Savior will still the winds and the waves and bring me safely home to you. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

What the Anointing Oil is & Prayer for the Anointing Oil

Pastor Prince from New Creation Church has recently called upon the church members to use the Anointing Oil to bless every area of our lives. He had gone to Tiberius Church in Indonesia and seen how the anointing oil has made a difference to the Christians there. Good News -   Australia- Anonymous 6m ago sister went for eye test. Pressure was high and Doc say needed eye drops and needed to see specialist. Didn't want to have glaucoma. Took communion. Refused to worry. Worry is a choice. Went for check up and pressure was good. Eye pressure went further down in recent check up. Able to pursue career choice to be a pilot. All glory to Jesus.   Sister from our church. Charissa Three prayer requests and she felt troubled because 2/3 of her prayer request not met. Four days before last service, her request for her menstrual cycle resumed naturally! Then that week, her mother said her dad asked to go church with her and accepted Christ!! Her prayer requests were fulfilled at the very last time of the year and Jesus did it with such style.   Sermon starts- God sometimes may seem late but is always on time.   BLESSED NEW YEAR!
